Location Permission

The core feature of the app — location-based recommendations — requires access to your device location.

  • Location data is collected only while the app is actively open (foreground).
  • If you want proximity alerts when the app is closed, you can enable background location. This is entirely optional and can be turned off in Settings.
  • Location data is never sold to third parties and is never used for advertising.

Location is only used to find nearby places.

Camera Permission

The app requests camera access solely for scanning QR codes and uploading profile photos.

Microphone permission is required only for giving voice commands to the AI guide. Voice data is never recorded or stored on our servers.

AI Voice Guide

The AI voice guide utilizes text-to-speech (TTS) and speech recognition technologies. Voice queries are processed solely by AylanAI and are never shared with third parties.

  • Tap the "Delete Account" button.

  • Your account and personal data will be completely deleted from our servers within 30 days.
